In 2018, Street Credits Ltd helped set up Indies; a contemporary restaurant and bar based in Southampton, specialising in real fresh Caribbean street food and fusion cuisine.
We helped Indies estbalish its core business objectives to build a coherent business strategy. This included financial planning, forecasts, budgeting, reporting systems and HR as well as a multi-channel marketing strategy to grow the brand and sales.
Capturing the true essence of the offering was essential when communicating the offering. From the brand name, colours and typography to the slogan, social iconography and visual language; we created the brand from scratch.
We built a fully optimised and responsive website complete with live Google APIs, Social Media feeds for Instagram and Facebook as well as integrated videos and Trip Advisor reviews. The site subsequently provides lots of regular client bookings.
Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)
We carried out detailed key term research and optimised each page of the website to rank for high traffic search terms in the major search engines. This work also included link building, directory listings, citations and off-page SEO.
Social Media Marketing
We carefully selected the most appropriate plaftorms and then set up all of the company’s social media profiles including: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, YouTube, TripAdvisor and Google My Business. We run lots of popular competitions specifically to drive leads and increase brand awareness.
